I specialize in strength training, metabolic conditioning, and corrective exercise. Wherever you are at, I will meet you there! Our sessions are tailored to your specific needs & goals.

Each 60 minute training session includes:

  • A comprehensive warm-up/movement preparation
  • Strength training & conditioning
  • Mobility/core as needed

 

Personal Training Plans also includes nutrition guidance and goal-setting strategy sessions.

All of our training programs include weekly programming which consists of assigned workouts to do at your own gym or at home.

All of these programs are individualized to your needs and goals.

Essentials

  • 1 training session per week or 4 sessions a month

 2 training sessions per week or 8 sessions a month

For those of you looking for a personal trainer, coach, and just all around great person to have in your corner, then you need to connect with Laura. I've had a bad experience in the past with training and trying to learn how to body build, build strength, and just grow in general. Laura has a keen eye and can detect the most minor incorrect movements, keeping me from injury. Laura has a wealth of information about all things body related and has kept me on track with proper nutrition as well.
