Lifting Audits provide you with a comprehensive analysis of your lifts, highlights what you're doing well, points out areas of improvement, and gives you key takeaways of exercises/drills to help improve your weaknesses.

Who will be analyzing your lifts

Laura Su is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and competitive powerlifter. She's had years of experience coaching athletes in the weightroom and understands the standards upheld by competitive strength athletes.

How it works

Once a Lifting Audit package is purchased, you should receive an email to upload footage of your lifts to a cloud file. Instructions on how to film your lifts and label your videos will be included. The Lifting Audit packages are outlined below.
